arrangements, tablecloths and the beautiful room setting were
all provided for me. I created the treats and the tablescapes.

The lily pads before the edges were
painted blue to match the 'water'. The lily
pad part is brushed on before baking to
ensure freshness. No waiting for icing to
dry before storing.
Tangy cheddary cheese sticks
resembling wheat.
Mini brownies...

Cream cheese butter cookies
flavored with orange zest and lovely
Saigon cinnamon. Is that swan
doing the side stroke?
Bread sculpture ~ one part simple syrup two parts flour.

The library is so tastefully decorated,
lavish with books, spacious and
Southern. The ambiance was warm
and inviting. My photography does not
do it justice.

Many thanks to B
yrle who arranged
the tables and chose the tablecloths
independently before I arrived. She
could not have chosen a more perfect
green tablecloth for the summer lily
pond! The winter tablecloth had
snowflakes on it.

The Bible verse done in pate a choux.
Arranged on a huge antique piano.

For what is your life?
It is even a vapour that
appeareth for a little time
and then vanisheth away.
James 4:14

The idea was for each of the four legs of the verse to go on a table with
the 'vanisheth' part on the winter table so the chocolate snowflake would
melt in our mouths effectively realistically
vanishing as real snowflakes do
as real life does.
