Kate Korzekwa is a cake and pastry artist with nearly 40 years of baking and decorating experience creating original designs as well as sculpting cakes to order. Her baking philosophy is producing desserts that appeal equally to the senses of sight and taste. She combines sugar arts with epicurean baking techniques to create a sweet feast in every bite. Kate’s specialties include gourmet cookies, plated desserts, and celebration cakes. In addition to private baking, she has lent her expertise to local bakeries in and around Memphis for the past 25 years.
